It seems Life is getting harder all the Time, but if you allow yourself to be convinced of that, than it will be so for you. However, if you give yourself the Opportunity to look at it from a different Point of view, you will be much happier and enjoy your live more. If you are reading this, than you have access to a Computer or even own one. That in itself is fantastic, because you can get all the information you need instantaneously, which used to take a Trip to the library and sometimes many hours if not days of Research.

If you have the money you can take a flight from one coast to the other in about 5 to 6 hrs and it took our Forefathers many years to take that trip. Do you want to notify your friend 1000 miles away of a joyous event, just text it or email it and they will know within Minutes instead of sending a Letter, which can take a week.

We drive to the Store in air-conditioned or heated Cars and don’t have to schlepp home the Groceries by foot or for that matter, grow them ourselves. Although if you want to grow your own Vegetables, that is easy to do as well.

Do you want to bake a Cake, just get out the Mixer and you don’t have to beat the Butter and Sugar for 20 min or fire up the Coal stove to bake the Cake, because you have a Temperature Controlled Electric Range.

Think about some of those things and you will quickly be grateful for all the conveniences we have today

Watch out for Advanced Access and their dirty tricks!

For 12 years I faithfully paid every month for Advanced Access to host my Real Estate Website, but when I tried to move it, they became totally unresponsive and did everything they could, for me not to be able to take my pages with me. First it took over 2 weeks for them to respond to me.

Than when I asked for the info to transfer the sites, they would not release it, so in essence I lost every page of a 75+ page site and now, 2 month after I moved the site, I am still being billed.

When I talked to a Supervisor about it, he told me, even though I told them that I moved my site, I did not actually say “cancel” and therefore I have to pay.

If you ever consider that company, think about it twice. I will add all the email Details of my conversation with the company shortly

For the last 12 years this was my Real Estate Website, but when I tried to transfer it, Advanced Access would not let me, so I am using my Realtor Website for Real Estate and I have decided to use this site as a personal Site.
